I had a software glitch in my hybrid while visiting Canada and needed immediate service before driving back home to the US (a 5-hour drive). Despite it being a busy Saturday, service manager Joe went out of his way to accommodate me and ensure my car was safe to drive. The gentleman in a suit (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was also very helpful. Truly appreciated their kindness, quick support, and professionalism — excellent service!
