Management could improve alot in the past 6 months there has been two managers both lack knowledge when it came to manufactured homes also, the lack of maintenance when needed and they have a pet dog living in the office very unprofessional sad for the people who actually Would be allergic or have a fear of animals. The rent is extremely high and not worth the asking price for a mobil home most models are late 70's. Don't care for the new manager...don't care for the fact that every time I go to pay the rent no one is in the office... then get charged a late fee because none is there to take my check and wrote me a receipt....you have posted hours, so be there during those hours...
