I’ve been a tenant here for almost seven years, and the place has been pretty quiet for the most part. Like anywhere else, you’re going to face some people you don’t get along with, but that’s life. There are lots of families to get to know here, and a playground for your kids to play on. If you’re looking for a small and cozy home, this is your place. You would absolutely love our office manager, Kim! She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are comfortable and safe.
I am love with the apartment 💓 The property manager Kim is amazing she worked with me through the whole process of moving in. She change my world. She was so understanding. I am so happy to start my new journey with God living in my new apartment ❤️
I am a 69-year-old elderly woman my niece has been helping to take care of me I cannot be on my feet or I will fall she come to stay and she had her dog and I have my dog so I had it for 3 years and then they're telling me that I can't have my dog because my friend has her dog because the lady next door keeps complaining they've been on me and I cannot even get around by myself so now she's got to leave and I got 30 days if I don't get all this done in 24 hours this place is horrible horrible to elderly people
Tried to rent a townhouse from them and was told the preliminary requirements and submitted a application and requirements and then was told I did not meet the requirements and that it needed to be consecutive when I was just told 2 year history of employment and rental history. How does that make sense? And got an attitude with me….. they need to make sure they tell people the right thing
Water pressure is nonexistent but the office doesn’t feel they need to help tenants
