Management and maintenance were very responsive with the one heating repair needed in a year. The apartments are quite old and have very thin walls—both the side walls and, critically, the ceiling. If you value privacy and peaceful enjoyment, this may not be the place for you. Forget something as simple as making coffee or listening to the news without headphones. My daughter and I love living here. Kayla our landlord and Jose maintenance are amazing people. Very helpful, kind, reliable, and trustworthy. If a maintenance request is ever needed they are prompt and considerate of my cat. Our property is always well taken care of, and all neigbors are friendly! Definitely recommend Woodridge :)
We've been here for over three years. Maintenance is great, occasionally things do go out but they're fixed, manager is very personable and cares about their tenants. Great location.
