We tried to use this business (support local and all). We spent an hour in their office (with the fellow who runs the business) to sort out the basics of a kitchen plan. He was all very enthusiastic and told us to wait for a quote from him. After chasing him up for several months, not hearing from him and getting no response at all (we actually thought he might have shut down). Disappointing customer service. I waited two weeks for a quote in the home and then spent 5 weeks following up the quote with the company who kept putting me off and i have never received it.
