We brought two loaves of their black pepper and Parmesan sourdough back to CT... I wish I could go there every week. The bread is fantastic. Thank you!!
The bread is very expensive but the Equilibrium loaf is the best bread I’ve ever had. Ever!! It is truly special and worth the price. The platonic ideal of a sourdough.
I just had my first experience with Wood pepper and it was delightful. The owner is the Baker and he’s so kind about explaining what makes this bread especially healthy and yummy. He clearly has a passion for breadmaking and it shows. I got the seed loaf and it is delicious. It’s the perfect kind of bread where it’s really crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The flavors are amazing. I don’t even need to put anything on it.
