I have been using WoodPellets.com for at least 16 years and they have always been a pleasure to work with. This year I decided to go with the more expensive pellets with less ash. GAME CHANGER - worth every extra penny a 40 lb bag produces less than a cup of ashes. Love it.

We have bought a pallet of these pellets and didn't like them at all. There's too many fines. It would always plugged up the auger. I started the stove with these pellets, went to bed. When I woke up it was 33 degrees in my small house. The auger had plugged. I had to tear it apart to get it going again. I won't buy them again. Sandy Nebraska.

This is my 3rd year getting pellets from this company and they absolutely changed something in the production of these things. So dirty and ashy the burn pot needs cleaning every single day and the stove only runs overnight. When it IS running, I'm not getting the level of heat that I have in the 2 years prior either. Lots of complaints about delivery time but I have not had this issue luckily, but regardless, moving on to a different product and now stuck with a ton and a half of this garbage.

Admittedly, they do sell a good product, but their customer service and delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. If you buy from wood pellets, be prepared to make multiple phone calls as the months go by and wait a long time for delivery.
