I just ended a call with Justin @ Woodpeckers, and I was thinking that I have never written a review for Woodpeckers. I'm not much of a review writer (usually only when I am REALLY dissatisfied). I was just reminded why I shop here and why I am willing to pay for their premium products. I have been a customer since January of 2010. Tools might be great if ever delivered. 6 days to ship products or should I say one of two parts I ordered. Showed both in stock. Ordered for Christmas on the 11th but not going to get it. They say place order now for two day shipping but they dont say it takes 6 days to process order before shipping.
Woodpeckers has excellent tools and supplies for woodworkers and hobbyists. I do not personally shop there as I have no interest in woodworking. However, their marketing department gets five stars for selling a shirt that says “best pecker in town” which both references the company name and also has a mildly inappropriate alternative meaning. My father in law loved the shirt when he saw a company employee wearing it so he inquired about ordering one.
Customer service is incredible! More businesses should be run this way!
Ordered twice from here - both times picked up at Woodpeckers. Easy to do business. A bit pricey but good equipment.
