It could be a nice place if they employed true maintenance personnel. It need a good sanitizing cleaning of the whole place. O boy the smell... This review is based on my family’s personal experience with The W Assisted Living, and it has been devastating for us. During my brother’s stay, we consistently felt that he was not receiving the level of care we were promised. And like others, he also had unexplained bruising. Furthermore, he experienced multiple falls that required medical attention, and in our visits we often found that he did not appear to have the supervision or assistance he needed. I have a family member in this establishment for a month and now she has several unexplained bruises on the top part of her body as well as her hip,no at the facility can answer how these injuries happen there are no reports on these injuries or incidents. Please Family members and Love ones keep a close watch over your love ones in this place ❤️ This place is unfit

This place is not clean and the supervision is very limited. Please do not bring your love one to this place. The courtyard area is not what it looks like. It has weeds growing and the fountain isn't working. The management team needs to step up and provide a better atmosphere for the elders. It's just a sad situation.
