It could be a nice place if they employed true maintenance personnel. It need a good sanitizing cleaning of the whole place. O boy the smell... If you have a loved one there, visit on a regular basis.
This place is not clean and the supervision is very limited. Please do not bring your love one to this place. The courtyard area is not what it looks like. It has weeds growing and the fountain isn't working. The management team needs to step up and provide a better atmosphere for the elders. It's just a sad situation.
This place is not like it looks the place is horrible where the people eat smell worse than a toilet the floor is filthy the closets are broken some of the beds are broken they have no one to do the laundry the owner is never there he don’t return phone calls I don’t understand how people can let their family members live in a place like that they don’t answer the front door nor the phone one of the tenants have sores on her legs and feet that are not being treated Mr. Terry took their stimulus checks. I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful establishment February 7th 2025. The Tour was carried out by an absolute wonderful staff member Terry, he was very informative and gave clear knowledge on everything top to bottom!!. My mother and I came here to see about having my aunt as a resident, The walk the Tour was very informative, professional and genuine, prior to my mom met a resident who spoke highly on the staff and care and after meeting several staff I can say I Absolutely look forward to my aunt being a resident.... read more
