Maintenance Free Living!! In a nice quiet area!! We love our waterfront Condo with fountain. Our neighbors are wonderful. We really enjoy the maintenance free life, snow removal, HOA takes care of the Swimming Pool, club house, trash, water, lawn care...they lack on mainting our beds and landscaping, but they do cover the exterior of our Condos. We have a great walking path around lake or around the property. We are mid 50's early 60's - Great living for any age!!
I posted a review the other day which I have since deleted because I didn't think it was fair. I fell 2 ft down into a hole. I am 6 ft tall and the other day when the city finally came out I pulled the stick that I had placed into the ground as deep as it would go up out of the ground and place it against my knee. It came up above my thigh. Well I guess about halfway up my thigh. So I originally thought it was 2 ft no it's more like two and a half to 3 feet.
