Office Manager Should Be A Patient Instead The doctors are okay, but Arlene Shapiro is the office manager - and she is the biggest witch on the planet. She is rude, abrupt, interrupts constantly, and is not above telling people "this isn't a good time" for whatever they're asking her about. She's just got a nasty attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, because of her. She should be a patient, not the office manager.
