I've been trying to rent from Woodmont Knolls at Hanover located in Cedar Knolls, NJ. They do not make the process easy at all. No one answers the phone, and my calls are not returned after I leave a message with their AI system. I also do not like how the price for an apartment changes significantly daily. One day it's affordable, and then the next day or two it's out of my price range. This is so frustrating! I'm starting to lose hope of even renting with this complex.
Currently living at Woodmont cranford and our management couldn’t care less about any issue. Same with corporate. Far from a luxury experience. Our building is filled with rowdy kids, weed smoke in the hallways, and people stealing packages. So ~luxurious~ In response to the owner’s reply: we spoke with our building who told us they are not responsible for the safety of our packages. Every issue we have had has been met with bare minimum effort so to say it is important for you to address is false.
The management seems more interested in profit than in residents' comfort or satisfaction. Going to corporate hasn’t helped either with my issues at my current complex. I would advise anyone considering living at any of the Woodmont’s to think twice.
Such a pleasant experience with Anntionette V. at Woodmont Properties office. Very helpful and a easy process to fill out a application and answered all my questions.
