New patient experience: My sister-in-law referred me and I had high hopes that this would be a positive experience. I was not let down, my visit was great! The front office staff were proactive in assessing my dental insurance benefits, and helped me schedule my appointment for a time & day that worked for me. Erin was my hygienist, and she did an excellent job. She is kind, thorough, and incredibly gentle—I truly appreciated her care. Dr Koagel and the front desk team were very helpful and friendly!
