We spent 22K on a new flat roof and siding. The roof failed after one year and we also noticed that the fascia board was removed from around the top edge of the house, but not replaced. We have been on the phone with Woodmaster for months, trying to get these issues fixed. After several missed appointments, Travis did finally come over and confirmed that shoddy work was done around out chimneys, and that's why water is pouring in. I hired Woodmaster of Maine Inc. for new shingles on my roof in 2004. I am definately not educated on roofing, and felt I would be safe hiring a company that tooted their own horn so loudly. As it turns out, the horn they were tooting shot straight out their ass! Not only did they lie about not hiring sub-contractors,(who after they finished, gave us their own business card and told us we paid double what we should have), the work was shotty, the flashing was gapped and unsecured to the home allowing water to poor in.
