We contracted with Woodmark to repair damage to the foundation of our small condominium complex. During the work, we ran into a small issue with a subcontractor but the Woodmark people stepped right up and corrected the issue (replaced my home EV charger) with grace and professionalism. Woodmark repaired the decks at my condo complex but in the process damaged my AC unit on the deck. The crushed the copper piping and electrical connection to the unit, this was pointed out to them and they refused to pay for the repairs. I was forced to repair the damage my self out of pocket. Thetotal bill was $500.00 for me to fix their mistakes. Pretty poor Managment in my opinion. Considering it was over 80,000.00 of work done to the complex they can afford to correct a $500.00 mistake.
Was in a pinch and Woodmark rearranged their whole schedule to come out to our property next day to give us a inspection and quote. Great people and friendly service
They're the best. Clean, efficient and last but not least, polite. It was a joy as far as remodel goes.
