Have used this company for over 21 years, the newest agent assigned to help me when I call named Dylan in the last year has not preformed his job and given me a hard time on several occasions. Yesterday when trying to pay a bill he told me I lapsed and there was nothing he could do. I had to do his JOB and call progressive myself and pay them.
