James is a super nice man who explained everything and did a great job on my plumbing issues!
DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! He will take your money and never contact you again. He asked us to pay him up front for half of the service and then once paid, he stopped answering texts and phone calls. He has yet to answer any of our messages.
I had used him before for some plumbing work. I contacted him about a washer warranty repair. He asked for half the money upfront to initiate the warranty parts replacement. After I sent him the money, he has completely ghosted .
