For the last couple of months, I have been shopping at this location, usually around 11:30pm-1:30am. I'm usually the only one there. I do not wear masks due to breathing conditions, which had not been a problem...until now. At 11:24pm tonight, I was approached by a tiny hispanic girl who identified herself as a manager and started harassing me about having a bare face. Was charged for an item that was missing from my order, guess I’m out $4. Store won’t refund it and I’m not driving 40 minutes back to the store just for that.

The Green Bay store is dangerous. Employees carry knives around and slice boxes. They also wear face coverings while holding knives and it triggered a few customers. So of you have mental issues or were ever a crime victim, you need to shop elsewhere.

There were people in the North Aurora, IL store on 18 November who were unmasked. The store management acted like they didn’t want to be the mask police. There was no screening at the entrances to enforce the mask policy. They need to take a more caring attitude to this serious problem.

Hi Bob, I just wanted to let you know that our mask policy has been updated so this should no longer be an issue, In compliance with current state orders, and for the health & safety of our team, vendors and guests, we ask all guests shopping at Woodman’s wear a face covering that properly fits, snuggly covering both the mouth and nose. A face shield is required for those unable to wear a face covering. Guests not following these protocols will not be served. Thank you and I hope you will shop with us again.
Complaint about the Kenosha Store. Went shopping tonight at 8pm to find at least HALF of the store that were not wearing masks properly, and a quarter of those were NOT wearing MASKS AT ALL, despite the signs on the doors. We went to the service counter and asked for the manager, whom she did not call. Great order online and pickup!
I’ve been going out of my way to shop at the buffalo grove, IL woodman’s. On Monday (4/29), I saw signs while entering the the store that masks were required. I was without a mask but had a quarter zip sweatshirt on. No employee was at the door for me to ask so I approached the closest employee at the self checkout. He said I could shop as long as I made an effort to cover my mouth with my sweatshirt. Stop misleading people about online shopping. Check out for pick, up does not work. I have been trying for 3 weeks, different times and customer service tells me "keep trying". What a joke!
