In the past I would have given a 5 star review - until the engine of my 2015 Ford F150 with just over 100,000 miles began knocking loudly 13 miles after an oil change at Woodman's Lube Center Onalaska. I had it towed back to their Lube Center and they subsequently had it towed to the local Ford dealership - who confirmed the truck needed a new motor. Compared to other local stores Woodman's in Janesville in unclean. The fresh meat selection is poor. The employees can be rude and verbally abusive.

Yesterday, I placed a grocery order at Woodman’s in Beloit for pickup between 2:00PM and 3:00PM today. Early this morning, I received an e-mail from them informing me that almost half of my order was unavailable. I searched their website, and I was unable to find an option to cancel the order. I decided to cancel the order because there was one item I wanted that only Woodman’s carries, and that item was unavailable. I could get all of the other items elsewhere.
