Restrooms Woodmans is a great store. We shop there all the time and the selection and prices are the best in the area. One suggestion I would have is that they put in a family restroom. It is pretty embarrasing when using the mens restroom and someone brings there little daughter in. I understand that they dont have a choice sometimes, but a family restroom like walmart would prevent this. Just a thought.
Come on Liam. Not taking Internet coupons is a growing trend it is ripe with fraud adds up and we all pay for it. Liam you are a smart guy and you must know credit cards charge stores for every transaction at least 3% and more for every % perk your card has tied with it. Festival is a beautiful store and if you want to pay more it is the place that will take credit and internet coupons also I guess.
Mrs Front end manager very rude to my daughter that was in one of those carts for people with limited mobility. I had just got my daughter out of the hospital and we were shopping for her on the way home. I had a cart filled with items for her, and she had some in the mobile cart. She was in the check out line, when the front end manager told her she had to move she was blocking traffic. She was in line, and she WAS A CUSTOMER. Mrs Wonderful place to shop, workers are very helpful, lots of selections, fruit is a hit or miss, Overall Love the store, products & prices. only thing I wish they would change is get bigger carts :( you almost need two to do your shopping.
Way Cheaper! Woodman's in Onlaska is by far the cheapest place to get groceries in this area. Walmart prices are much higher and they do not have near the selection as Woodman's. Festival generally is about 20% more for anything in the aisles compared to Woodman's. Plus Woodman's has many more generic brand options; so they are almost always cheaper even if the other store has a coupon. They won't take internet coupons I do most of my grocery shopping at Woodman's. Good prices and specials. Only complaints I have are: 1. They refuse to take internet manufacturer coupons--something about getting some fake ones. I can't believe this is a big problem. Their competitior, Festival Foods has solved this problem by accepting i-coupons up to and including $1.00 and not taking any for free items. 2. They won't take credit cards--only debit. Pricing going up Before Wal Mart Superstores came around folks would drive for fifty miles to come to Woodman's. This is a HUGE supermarket, privately owned by its employees. The prices were great, especially if you purchased in bulk. However since TWO Super Wal Marts came, Woodman's prices have gone up. There still are deals to be found and there still are the bashed cans specials (which are great) but the prices have steadily gone up in the last year. I go to Woodman's now only for the specials.
