lazy lazy lazier – Contacted this realtor to look at a HUD home I found on the HUD homestore, ready to buy, the broker Ruth woodman said she would not deal with HUD homes too much work for her , the house was just what I wanted and could of saved myself 40,000 by purchasing it yet Ruth Woodman refused to do it, too much work, too bad you have to work for your comission did it ever occur to you I could of saved forty thousand dollars, not a bit , she is just lazy and only thinks of her own greedy self, a realtor you can trust... read more
