I wouldn t even give 1 star to this place. During dental procedures on my shih tzus, the heating pad burned both of them. One of our beloved dogs died, the other has permanent scarring and hair loss on both sides of her body. They lied to us, telling us it was a drug reaction. U of M confirmed they were burned.
I brought my kitten to get spaded and declawed and when i picked her up the next day she was filthy and she had fleas. So she passed them on to my other cat and now i have to wash them and my house. I called the office and they denied her having fleas and wont do anything at all. I will never bring her there again.
