It's all started after my car failed the smog and I was qualified for SMOG assistance program. Apparently Sacramento doesn't know what kind of shenanigan this guy is if it has him on the list of Smog Repair Technicians... So he took $500 of state money that CAP program gave me to help me pass the SMOG, plus my $800 cash money to fix my car's SMOG issue... Expecting miracles I left car with him for few days...
