It is very sad when a company will not stand behind their workmanship and leave people hanging in limbo. My parents saved to do an amazing kitchen to help with my disabilities. We finished our kitchen - which is on their instagram because it is beautiful - however it is falling apart. We have called and spoke to the owners, they have come to our house and verified the issues, and agreed to send out the team to fix everything. This was over 3-months ago and still they have not fixed the items. We have called and left messages just asking for a schedule and no one has had the decency to communicate with us. Unfortunately - I am still waiting for them to take fix the bad workmanship over a year. I removed my original post after the owners called me and apologized for the problems (Only after I called an attorney). They agreed to fix the uneven countertops, the bad installation, the bad joints, the cracked counters due to improper installation. This was all agreed upon over 3 months ago. Unfortunately - bad things can happen, it's how you make things right that matters. We paid over $30K for a new kitchen and it looked beautiful for the first couple of weeks. Then we noticed cabinets were coming loose, the counter top was cracking (we paid for the upgraded super strong counter) and other quality issues that should not have occurred. "STAND BY YOUR WORD" does not mean much here, and "The Warranty" is starting to feel like a myth. We tried for months to get them to come out to see the problems. Always the same... read more
