Unfortunately - bad things can happen, it's how you make things right that matters. We paid over $30K for a new kitchen and it looked beautiful for the first couple of weeks. Then we noticed cabinets were coming loose, the counter top was cracking (we paid for the upgraded super strong counter) and other quality issues that should not have occurred. "STAND BY YOUR WORD" does not mean much here, and "The Warranty" is starting to feel like a myth. We tried for months to get them to come out to see the problems. Always the same... read more
