Took our car to Woodleys for scheduled maintenance (Timing belt replacement). There was nothing wrong with it when we dropped it off. Who could possibly be better than a Volvo dealer? On inspection, They decided it had an oil leak and would need parts, delaying the job by a week. No oil in the carport at home. No oil leak when it was delivered to them... ONE WEEK LATER: - Once the parts arrived they decide it didn't have a leak after all. Sorry. Accepted car, paid the bill (150% more than quoted). Head home to Scone. ...exce... read more
Shout out to the crew at Woodley's for their amazing service this morning. I got an unexpected error with my car while near Tamworth and didn't want to risk driving on. The Isuzu team helped me so much, and even though I didn't have a booking, immediately looked at my car for me and had me back on the road within an hour. Thanks so much guys, this is customer service above 5 stars.

We have just purchased our first "new" new vehicle and found the service and communication from Woodleys exceptional, particularly with Brendan. Even though there was an out of their control problem with delivery of the vehicle, Brendan was honest and upfront and went far over and above in communicating with us and ensuring our new arrived as soon as possible, and thankyou to the team who were involved in the hand over
