Wouldn't recommend the Jeep Service department at Woodley's to anyone. I spoke with Mitchell on the phone today to see if I could have my Grand Cherokee towed to their location to have a simple repair seen to and he wasn't interested to have my car dealt with. Stated that they only have 2 technicians available and he literally needed 7. Said he would check with his boss and get back to me.... Hours go by and I didn't hear anything. Waited all week ..promised courtesy car....then told none available.....didn't fix it at all .....500 charge. Deal with them at ya peril!
We went to inspect the new jeep and was met by Brendan who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nil pressure and was honest and up front. The next day we returned and bought a great car. The whole process was smooth and I highly recommend this dealership and in particular Brendan to provide the best customer experience one could ask for. Very happy
