My son asked about the availability of his car's hybrid battery because he wanted to replace his car battery. He went straight to the dealer and only got the answer that they would call him back. He called the dealer many times, and the call was often rejected, and even if he received the answer, they would always said will call my son back. This has been going on for a week and my son really needs to replace his hybrid car battery. Really disappointed with the service
