I had an excellent experience at my dentist appointment today. The staff (Alex & ally) was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The dentist was thorough, explaining each step of the procedure and answering all my questions with care. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free visit, and I left feeling confident in my dental health.
We attend this clinic and they do have some very good doctors. 😊🙏 Only down fall is they often run really behind.😒 Not everyone is aware of the new app they have to tell you how far behind they are!! But I still beleive a phone call from reception when they are running over hour behind would be good idea and just good old fashion courtesy. My husband had appointment book at 6pm tonight. Closed his business early rushed through traffic and arrived at 5.55pm for 6pm appointment. He was on time. Busy enough time night to get... read more
