Beautiful community
Newer construction in progress. The places are ugly and cheaply built. They are leaching off the community with the over priced homes. The pre-closing deficiencies are being pawned off on the homeowners and warranty department. Definitely here to make a quick buck with little concern for quality, appearance or customer loyalty. The stars it did earn are for being in Lakewood Ranch
Today’s unprecedented market is nothing short of stressful especially for a first time home buyer. I am very lucky to have found Ashley Sanders during this time to help guide me in an honest and transparent path.
