Worst Apartment complex by far There is no civil living Residence kids were roaming all hours of the night being loud banging on the rails stealing packages and when reported to the leasing office, they did nothing about it with video footage of which kids Nothing was never done. Wakanda only took the videos to the parents which caused more harassment, leasing office, never solved any problems. I’m in my 5th year of living here. We never have consistent management(revolving door),and the one lady that’s in there now is very very rude and quite frankly does not know how to be pleasant. Not only that they are always changing ownership. So nothing gets done properly or in a timely manner.The apartments on the outside in the breezeways are filthy because we no longer get pressure washing and trash is just thrown on the ground. I lived here for 6 years i have to do my own maintenance and revolving door of front office staff. Nothing is done for the property with funding that front office staff has for us. The gates are broken with so much theft going on and property being destroyed. Notices that are put out violating our rental rights where inspection is being done and kids are being kicked out while parents are at work. Notices do not specify what they need from us tenants. My apartment has been without AC since Sunday 5/11/25. I have 3 underage children in the home and one of them has asthma. I’ve called maintenance emergency line since Wednesday 5/14/25 and have been told someone will come by or call me back by the call center you hired. I’ve now been told the temp has to be over 90 degrees outside in order for them to come out. Your office has not been open for over a week and I’m at my whits end with y’all.
