Woodlawn Meadows is a great community with beautiful homes. However, Maronda didn't use transparent business practices when selling their homes and left the buyers carrying the load. Maronda has great sales people and construction foremen. However, the Maronda Leadership located here in Cincinnati is nothing to be desired. Five Builders built homes in Woodlawn Meadows overall the community came together very well. If Considering Maronda...have paperwork reviewed by an attorney.
