This community is advertised as a 55+ neighborhood, but that is not the reality. The park is noisy, there have been break-ins, vandalism, and even homes lost to fire. Instead of being a safe and peaceful place, it often feels unsafe. Many tenants are not welcoming or neighborly—in fact, some can be vindictive and destructive toward others’ property. This is not a good environment to live in. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, and respectful community, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Management here is the best by far. They really look out for their community and they make everyone feel welcome, even visitors. I don’t think you’ll find a better or safer community in Indian River county.

The place is very quiet, but the community manager is racist toward Spanish-speaking people He's always having problems with the owners, who happen to all be Hispanic
