The car wash machine mutilated, and then tore the front license tag off the car, along with the bracket. I emailed the office and waited three weeks, but no response. I emailed again and after three weeks no response. They offer no phone number. The license tag is neither an extension nor an accessory to my car. The owner's equipment has destroyed an article directly attached to the bumper. Their refusal to discuss or acknowledge this is both unproffessional and irresponsible.
