I had AC drainage blocked while we were out of town. I came home with the water overflowing on my master bathroom floor. After plumber fixed the drainage, I noticed the next floor ceiling showing moisture. We called Woodlands Wayer Restoration. Zak show up with his expertise about the floor and ceiling damaging inspection. He also has super experience with insurance processing to make my repairing process seamless. My most impression was his passion of helping people and his job. I felt we were lucky to find him to help us!

We had a flood in our down stairs bathroom and Woodlands Water Restoration hired a contractor that knew nothing about what he was doing. First he put no insulation back in my house. Then sealed nothing on the bottom molding any where. My house still smells of mold and im really pissed because im about to have another child and having that in my house with a new born really worries me. The locksmith who arrived at my home did not seem qualified for the job. He repeatedly attempted different methods that caused unnecessary wear and damage to the lock mechanism before finally resolving the issue

Zak Martinez was a huge blessing to work with. He listened and came up with a great solution for cleanup after a pipe leak in my garage. He helped ease a stressful situation and we're grateful for him!
