If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is dishonest, careless, and flat-out rude. You should also check out their Yelp reviews where you can’t have them removed.. The new wood floor they installed already has a piece cut too long, causing it to bow so badly we trip over it daily. My 80-year-old mother-in-law even fell because of it. These guys were fast to arrive and very efficient. Numerous moisture readings taken both immediately after the leak was discovered and after the drying operation. Easy to work with and very prompt and courteous. I recommend them very highly, both the supervisors and the technicians. Very friendly folks that worked hard to take care of my problem.
Zak was amazing. He was very professional. He explained the process and next steps. Zak would be my preferred water restoration guy if we ever had this problem again.
