Right when I got to the vet I was greeted with a warm welcome and I felt like my needs were met, I was nervous and so was Squeaker and I felt like I was listened to and that my questions were answered. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I really liked how Dr. Mackenzie was able to explain the procedure to me and show me pictures of what happened and reassure me that it went well and that I could reach out if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this clinic!
