If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this clinic for a consultation about my dog’s tooth extraction. They gave me a quote, and I chose not to proceed. Before leaving, I asked the receptionist if there was anything to pay—she told me, “You’re free to go.” Two months later, without any prior contact, they suddenly called demanding $99 for the consultation. Love how they take care of animals
Adopted a pet through the humane society and Woodlands Vet Clinic is among the clinics that will do the initial assessment for free. The reception staff were all over my dog and gave him a ton of love as soon as we arrived. He liked them so much and felt very comfortable right away. Tom took his time with us and gave me lots of information that was pertinent to the care of his specific breed without trying to sell me on any vet brand food or supplements.
