I wouldn't even give this place one star. I have never in my life seen such terrible care. My dad had a stroke and was paralyzed and I know he's not the easiest person to deal with but he also just lost all of his manhood over night and MOST of these people didn't even care. Tracey his case worker is terrible. She told the nurses not to change his diapers or give him his medicine because he "didn't need it". This place doesn't even deserve a one star. My brother had a stroke, paralyzed on one side. they have no compassion for the family or patients. Only a handful there care!!! Tracy the caseworker is horrible, she not only treated my brother terrible but the family too!! During a family meeting she stated she was going to break my brother like a broken horse. My mother in law started at Pine Valley assisted living. They were great. She was treated very well. She has had to move to Woodlands as she needed more assistance. She has had very good care there. The staff are good people doing a very difficult job. Changing adults who are incontinent is extremely tough. I tried it with my in law and just cannot imagine having to do it around the clock with every room you are assigned. Hat's off to them. The administrator I respect. DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE , very nasty ! Half of the patients have bottom problems & are neglected by employees , they don’t clean , don’t care properly for there patients. They bring dogs and kiss the patient to n the lips ! Very bad place
