The doors are a huge safety concern considering they don’t open without a code. I think that would be a very large fire hazard

I'm only leaving one star for the fact of not actually knowing how my grandmas experience truly was, in August 2017 my grandma came here for hospice and due to being in an extremely abusive relationship my ability to be by her side during this time was taken away and I cant stand it I read these reviews and I'm just so devastated over it I dont know how to get any true information about how her last days were or anything of the sort and I'm just bawling my eyes out thinking of her dying in this place

My mother was a residence three years at the Woodlands before passing away in March of 2025. I spent alot of time visiting her during that period and must say I was very happy for the care and love they gave to mom. Is this place perfect, no. Is anywhere perfect, no. We reach out to these places asking them to do what we either can't do, or don't want to do and then we look for everything to be perfect. Nobody's perfect, nobody!!!!!
