Our mom was at Woodlands memory care from December 2022 until she passed on January 2026. My brothers and I were very happy with the care provided to her during her time there. We always found the facility clean, the staff kind and helpful and mom well taken care of. The communication by the staff and administration was friendly and helpful. Their care and comfort of her on her final days was truly compassionate.
My experience is too painful to share but please use your ears and your eyes and you will see for yourself! Read these reviews…I saw several staff members giving positive reviews. Deceptive.
Clean environment friendly staff
Incompetent administration, will not assist with mainecare application even when family isn’t available. Ensure supplemental drink is not provided in the memory care unit even at the private pay level of 10,000.00+ per month. If the resident runs out, their attitude is oh well guess they won’t eat. Resident fell in the memory care unit breaking his hip which ultimately was a blessing because he was able to move from this facility to one that knows what they are doing.
Aweful This place with have elderly people with memory issues sign papers with an assigned power of attorney. Half the staff doesnt even understand the difference between POA and gaurdianship. My grandmother went 2 WEEKS without her laundry being done. Serious neglect by the staff here.
