While the arrangement was beautiful, my experience working in floral shops tells me these were very old flowers. Even the greenery rotted. This arrangement was delivered Tuesday afternoon, second picture is Sunday morning. The lilies were rotten by the next day. Yes I removed the rotten stems and changed the water.

I order flowers for my daughter’s birthday 25th March, 2025, through Send Flowers. They used The Woodlands Rainbow Flowers to fulfill the order. The flowers were a day late & the flowers were not deluxe, I wouldn’t even call them small. Very disappointed.

Fair price, delivered on time. However the roses were dead after 3 days. Emailed the shop and after several days all I got was "they should last 5-7 days" and nothing more. Won't be back.

I was very hesitant to keep them after I had already ordered because I saw the reviews! I called the place and expressed my concerns about them and she was very understanding and like I mentioned I would like to give them a try we are not perfect and we make mistakes! But I was going to give them the opportunity because I believe they are capable of doing a great job and I could make a good review. I should’ve read the reviews. Zero contact regarding the fact that my order never showed up and from the two other reviews I just read the owners don’t care about their customers. Most likely they just rely on google traffic and just steal money from unknowing souls like myself. I’m going to see what it takes to lobby google to make sure these folks don’t pop up for a search regarding flowers in this area, they should not be allowed to rip folks off
