Really bad service - i will say they used to be so good, i used to go to the woodlands location and never had an issue. Ever since i’ve been in the katy location there is a lack of information, mistakes all around and lack of communication as well. Don’t even try calling after 4:30pm, they won’t answer! And i get 1, 2, 3 mistakes. But every single visit an issue? Not worth the pain! (My issue is jot insurance btw)

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a healthcare provider. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero empathy toward patients. I ignored several red flags because the clinic was close to my home and I was motivated to start my weight loss journey. That was a mistake.
