Dr. Javier Sosa is excellent, but the patient services staff who schedule appointments want to book them with whichever doctor *they* feel like—and on top of that, they are incompetent!

The front desk needs to improve his English. Please spend sometime to learn English. They also cancel and reschedule appointment without prior notice.
I used to see Jaime Ochoa who assumed I was fine after a severe motor vehicle accident. He refused to approve me for a month of leave that was already approved by my work.. and turns out after only 1 week I couldnt walk up stairs. Fast forward 2 years I have been told by 4 neurologists and 2 speech therapists I now have permanent irreversible brain damage that failed to heal after I received no real care for my condition... so thanks for that it ruined my life. SO so much for being "fine" you should have your license permane... read more
