“This was our first trip to Red River and the Woodlands, and we couldn’t have asked for a cozier condo! We stayed in Enchanted Rivers Edge 6-3. The river views were beautiful, and we even had three deer come right up to the deck. What a treasure — we’ll definitely be back!”
We love these condos— right next to the river, playground + summer pool for kids, it’s truly a whimsical mountain experience here.
Great people! Super friendly! Always attentive to our needs! I do believe this is the best place to stay in red River! Huge fan of the heated pool and pond!

Our family has been coming to Woodlands on the River for nearly two decades, and we enjoy it every time we stay. Denise and Chuck are always so welcoming and helpful — they go out of their way to make sure the kids have a great experience. We love the peaceful setting right on the river, and the pool is always a hit. The kids especially enjoy feeding the deer and ducks, and fishing in the pond has become a family tradition.
