Bank is a joke, rude and lazy! I went through the drive through and was greeted with a "yeah" I asked if they Would break a 100.00 dollar bill me if I don't bank there. The reply was "no" nothing else... I said really. The lady said "yeah, go Kwik trip". LOL

Very rude and lack of communication with staff. I was looking for assistance as to a personal loan. I completed an online application. I received no phone call as to what the status was or what information was missing. I called to double check the status and the lady answering the phone was very rude. I was transferred to a Jen in which she shared with me that I was missing information (pay stubs). I emailed my information with no response back. I emailed a few days later and asked what my status was after sending pay stubs ... read more
