Had an MRI scheduled, 2 1/2 weeks later woodlands called me the day before my appointment to tell me my insurance authorization was still pending so I had two choices either cancel or pay out of pocket. I asked why is it taking so long for approval. They didn't even send it in but a couple of days prior and told me they have other patients. Someone is really dropping the ball.
