I went in hoping to get a quick appointment, but the wait ended up being much longer than expected. The receptionist was polite but seemed rushed. The doctor I eventually saw was professional, but I left feeling like my concerns weren’t fully addressed. It wasn’t terrible, but I hoped for a more reassuring experience.
Rang up surgery this morning to try and enlist myself to their surgery They said where do I live I said Cowbridge rd west , ely by the leisure centre which is about 100 yard s away from the surgery They said sorry but we can’t enlist you because your out of our catchment area My response was but I live on the same street as you , I live about 100 yards away Her response was well “ well I’m not the one who makes the decisions so goodbye” Very very rude and should not be a receptionist at all with manners like that I’ve never ... read more
From the reception staff to the Drs, fantastic. All are lovely. In the 10 mins i was there I saw how some patients were talking to the receptionist. My God those ladies have the patience of a saint. Don't understand why people are so rude, they are only doing their jobs. A special thank you to Dr Das, who went above and beyond and got us seen to at the hospital the next day. Thank you for making it easier on us.
Wonderful surgery, can’t fault them, they have looked after my family for years. No issues getting an appointment urgently when needed, very caring practice. Particular praise for Sharon on reception
