This place is horrible. Don’t ever put your loved ones in there. My mom had back surgery last October and when she went in there for the three months for rehabilitation, she was not supposed to get up and walk to the bathroom on her own. Every time she pushed the Call light button nobody would come to her room. She would call me crying because she had to use the bathroom so thank God I just lived right down the road and I could come there if need be they always said they were short staffed. My sister spent most of a year at Woodlands in Ravenna, and although we moved her(she needed more of an assisted living situation and she was on Medicare), our experience with all the folks associated with Woodlands, from the receptionist up to the administrators, was positive. They were all very nice and helpful, especially the nurses on her floor. And the admins were the ones who recognized her need to be in a more social environment. Thanks to Woodlands for taking care of her.

I work on the memory care unit, I love it!! The residents are awesome and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's clean, a comfortable working environment. I love that the residents have a courtyard area where they can do gardening and sit outside

I had my grandma here for rehab. Woodlands did a excellent job of providing care, therapy. Nurses were very friendly and understanding. The administrator Mike is wonderful. Always walking around checking in on patients. You don't see alot of administrators doing that.

Woodlands has fabulous staff members! They truly care and go above and beyond for the residents!
