When my surgery was scheduled by the surgery coordinator, who called me to put me on the books after speaking with the doctor, she quoted me my 15%. My deductible had already been met, and I paid this amount over the phone with her as she scheduled my pre-op. No other fees were explained to me besides my 15%. When I arrived for my pre-op, the lady at checkout rudely asked me to pay a $200 deposit. I stated that I had already paid for my surgery, and her reply was, "Nope, I don’t see it in the system. Erica has always helped me schedule appointments, answer any questions I might have, is extremely knowledgeable and always has a positive attitude! She is great to work with and a GREAT first impression of the office!
Doctor Shaker is simple and gentle in his behavior. 100% confident with him and his team. Was beyond impressed with my experience. Erica the receptionist had strong communication skills, helpfulness, efficiency and positive demeanor. Felt very welcomed.
Everyone was so kind and attentive. Erica at the front was really helpful and knowledgeable with the cosmetic services. Great experience overall!
