Amazing doctors here as well as the reception and nurse team.
Dr Wong was extremely judgmental, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the appointment. Her tone was rude and condescending, and she made me feel as though I was being unreasonable for seeking assistance. Rather than listening to or addressing my concerns, she appeared irritated and unwilling to provide support. I left the appointment feeling belittled, invalidated, and distressed by the way I was treated.
Lovely family practice , all staff are friendly and super helpful
I have been going to the practice for decades now. There will always be long waits expected, unfortunately. Nothing is perfect. Doctor Jameson is a most understanding, compassionate doctor who is very valued. It's not as bad as some reviews would say. It's highly recommended.
All doctors at this practice should STOP prescribing Ozempic to patients for obesity/weight loss who do not have diabetes. Make them use the regulated alternatives of Wegovy or Mounjaro! Health funds like HBF rebate on Ozempic as it's supposed to be for diabetes but no rebate on ANY weight loss medications, yet patients of this practice get it prescribed for weight loss.
