Absolutely wonderful family practice. Recently had my first appointment for my newborn and everyone was so lovely. Highly recommend!
I was about to make an appointment with one of the GP's at this clinic who seem quite good but I am glad that I have now read the reviews as in my opinion there is definitely an issue with the receptionists at this clinic as I have had the same experience shared by many. People who are sick are venerable and really should not be treated in this way.
I believe the doctors here are very professional. The secretaries on the other hand, not so much! Be prepared to be hung up on, spoken to in a direct, almost rude tone etc...you know who
A belated thank you to Dr Pia Jelinek who took my concerns seriously a few years ago and provided me with the necessary referrals to get a diagnosis. My previous GP (at another clinic) seemed to feel that referring me for a non-invasive test such as an ultrasound was not worthwhile as my symptoms were fairly well-controlled. It was a nice change to feel heard, to have my treatment adjusted for even better relief of my symptoms, and to get peace of mind. The receptionist staff are also polite and efficient.
Woodlands team - if you're wondering why you're not getting many new patients, look no further than your own reception team. The call ended with no arrangement, and I went elsewhere. If I'd been able to book as a new patient online, I would have been sitting in your waiting room imminently.
