This was my third year using Woodlands Eye Associates, but my first visit to the Medical Plaza office. While the medical portion of the appointment was fine, I was very disappointed at checkout. What I was told would be only a quote for new glasses for my son was actually processed as a charge to my credit card, and the amount billed for the visual exam did not take my insurance into account. Great doctors and equipment
My experience at Woodlands Eye Associates at Medical Plaza Dr. was great. I had a very extensive eye exam which I hadn't had in years. They took the time to listen and then proceeded to correct the problem. Mona was also very helpful in helping to choose my frames. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them.
