Worst company in The Woodlands, TX. They have non-existing post-sale customer service and don't honor their warranty. They take your money and run away. Amongst many other problems, our pool flooded every time we had a storm. We had to hire another company to come fix all their construction mistakes. I wouldn't use the services of Michael Stevens and Woodlands Exterior Designs again even if someone would give me a million bucks! Worst person/company I have ever dealt with.
When I started my project I had no idea what I wanted to do or how it would even look. After speaking with Michelle she gave me some great ideas and even showed me what the finished product would look like when it was done. The whole experience was great everything was explained to me, the workers were professional and my yard look great. Thanks guys for everything. Would recommend to anyone.
We have had the WORSE experience with this company! Stay FAR AWAY! They have RUINED our dream pool project! There are just too many items for me to list here on how bad it is! Here are just a few we are still dealing with: Very Poor Workmanship everywhere, Steps Not Built to Code, Cracks everywhere on our pool deck, Fireboxes exploded when turned on, Some equipment not functioning and installed improperly, Bad drainage, Equipment Deck leaning and eroding, etc, etc!! Truly a very very disappointing experience . We have a back yard and pool that floods every time we have a storm in less than 10 mins. No "finish" to the work and "crickets " every time we have reached out sending videos of the numerous floods in the yard. Unfort . We foolishly paid in full before the work was completed and have been burned. We now have another pool and landscape company coming to try and dig up and fix this back yard mess :-(
So far so good. I've heard stories from friends who have used other companies that prolong the work and don't show up for days/weeks without reason etc.. Today is Sunday and they are here working. They were also here on Christmas eve and new years eve which wasn't expected of them. They are moving along fast with our project. Everyone at the company is super nice and friendly as well.
