Simply exceptional experience. Dr. Liu and the entire team are patient, empathetic, and truly dedicated. Every question and concern we had was addressed quickly and with great care. Easily the best medical care we’ve received in the Houston area!
I am very happy with the service I receive here. This office works like a well oiled machine. Staff is professional and friendly. As a Veteran it made me smile to see all the military 🪖 aircrafts hanging from the ceiling throughout the office. They listen and answer all your questions and concerns. Thank you Dr Lui and Staff.
Dr. Liu & his staff are absolutely outstanding. The nurse, Allison, was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.. The gentleman that did my hearing test Eric and the lady, Mary who spoke to me about allergy testing we're also fantastic.
My daughter came to this location and when I tell you, they run a tight ship. The customer service from the ladies in the front was Absolutely amazing. I had a really bad experience with Dr. Liu, before my appointment I called to make sure my ear infection would be addressed because I also had a severe sinus infection. When I got there I told the nurse the infection was in both ears and this has been ongoing for over a year. I am a diabetic so when I get infections they are really bad. Dr.Liu came in took a quick look and said he didn’t see anything. They then took me in another room to spray some type of powder in my ears.
